AI Chat Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the chat window on atulsingh.co.in, called AI Agent by Atul Singh, by text or, when it is switched on, by voice. They are part of the main Terms of Use. Where the two differ about the chat, these terms apply. How the chat handles your data is in the AI Chat Privacy Notice.

1. What the assistant is

An AI that answers questions about Atul Singh's work (AI for sales, marketing and customer support teams, apps and integrations, and training), opens the relevant pages of this site for you, and can book a call with Atul or pass your details to him. It is not Atul, and it says so if you ask. How the AI agent works explains how it finds its answers.

2. Its answers are not advice

Answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, even when they link to a page on this site.
They are general information only, not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and not a recommendation for your business.
Check anything important with Atul, for example on a free Workflow Review call, before you rely on it.

3. No offers, quotes or commitments

Nothing the assistant says is an offer, quote, promise of results or commitment. The only fixed price it gives is the published fee for the AI Accelerator live cohort. Any other work is scoped with Atul first and is binding only in a written proposal from him.

4. Using the chat properly

You agree not to:

send abusive, threatening, sexual, unlawful or misleading content;
share other people's personal data, or confidential information you aren't allowed to share;
try to make the assistant ignore its rules, reveal its instructions or act as something else;
send automated or bulk traffic, or use it to build or test another service.

5. Limits, pauses and blocks

The chat gives a limited number of free AI answers. After that it asks for your name, email and phone number before it answers again; the topic buttons and booking keep working without them.
There are also limits per hour and per day, and a monthly budget for the whole site.
Abusive or nonsense messages get a short fixed reply, and repeated abuse pauses AI answers for you. Atul may limit, pause or block access to the chat at any time.

6. Your details and bookings

If you leave your details, they must be your own and correct, and you agree to be contacted about your enquiry as the form says. Calls booked from the chat are made through Cal.com and follow the same arrangements as any other booking on this site.

7. Your messages

You keep any rights in what you write or say. You allow Atul to store your messages and use them to answer you, follow up on your enquiry, keep the chat safe and improve its answers, as the AI Chat Privacy Notice describes. They are not published, sold or used for advertising.

8. Availability

The assistant is provided "as is". It may be unavailable, change how it works, or be switched off at any time, and voice features may not be available on every device. Links and pages it opens on this site are covered by the main Terms of Use.

9. Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Atul is not responsible for decisions you make, or losses you suffer, based on the assistant's answers alone. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded. Section 7 (No Guarantees) of the main Terms of Use also applies.

10. Changes and contact

If these terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Questions: email join@atulsingh.co.in.
