Welcome. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of atulsingh.co.in and the education programs offered by Atul Singh ("Service"). By using this website or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

I offer AI education programs for Class 9–12 students preparing for CBSE board exams. This includes weekend bootcamps, free consultation calls, and (in future) self-paced courses, school workshops, and related learning materials.

2. Eligibility

Programs are designed for school students. Bookings, payments, and consultation submissions must be made by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the student.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information when booking or enrolling.
• Conduct yourself respectfully toward me, fellow students, and other participants during sessions.
• Do not record, redistribute, screen-share, or publicly share any part of the bootcamp, classes, recordings, or materials without my written permission.

4. Payments

Payments for bootcamps and programs are processed separately via secure Razorpay payment links. By making a payment, you accept the applicable program fee and agree to the Refund Policy at /refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, recordings, prompts, worksheets, slides, and learning materials shared as part of the Service are the intellectual property of Atul Singh. They are licensed to you for personal, non- commercial educational use only. Reselling, copying, or redistributing them is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Education outcomes depend on individual effort, school environment, and many factors outside my control. While I will deliver each program with sincerity and care, I make no guarantee of specific exam scores or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific program in question.

7. Termination

I reserve the right to refuse service, remove a participant, or terminate access to a program in case of misconduct, harassment, or violation of these Terms. The Refund Policy will apply.

8. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via this website. Continued use of the website or programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
