Welcome. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of atulsingh.co.in and the services offered by Atul Singh ("Service"). By using this website, booking a call, or engaging any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

I provide AI sales & marketing services for non-tech small and medium businesses, including:

• AI Chatbot for Your Website — a done-for-you chatbot trained on your business.
• AI Sales Outreach System — a done-for-you outbound system covering prospecting, personalised messaging, and follow-ups.
• AI for Sales & Marketing Professionals (Cohort) — a 4-week live training program with two tracks (Sales and Marketing).
• Free 20-minute strategy calls and related advisory conversations.

2. Eligibility

Services are intended for businesses and professionals. By engaging any paid service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information when booking a call, signing a proposal, or sharing data needed to deliver the engagement.
• Conduct yourself respectfully toward me, my collaborators, fellow cohort members, and other participants.
• Do not record, redistribute, screen-share, or publicly share any private session, internal document, recording, prompt, or material provided as part of the Service without my written permission.
• Comply with all laws applicable to your business — including anti-spam, data protection, and consumer protection laws — when using systems I build for you (for example, cold outreach, chat transcripts, or stored leads).

4. Engagements & Payments

Done-for-you engagements (Chatbot, Sales Outreach) are governed by a one-page proposal with fixed scope, fixed price, and a fixed timeline. Cohort seats are sold at a published fee. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (such as Stripe, Razorpay, or bank transfer) as agreed in the proposal or checkout.

By making a payment, you accept the applicable fee and agree to the Refund Policy at /refund.

5. Deliverables & Ownership

On final payment, you own the configuration, prompts, and content produced specifically for your business as part of the engagement, and you are free to use, modify, and operate them. Underlying third-party tools, models, and platforms remain the property of their respective providers and are subject to their own terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Course materials, recordings, frameworks, slides, and templates provided as part of the cohort or any training are the intellectual property of Atul Singh. They are licensed to the named participant or company for internal use only. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing them publicly is prohibited.

7. No Guarantees

Business outcomes depend on your market, team, product, and many factors outside my control. While I will deliver each engagement with care and competence, I make no guarantee of specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, or commercial results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.

8. Termination

I reserve the right to refuse service, pause an engagement, remove a cohort participant, or terminate access in case of misconduct, harassment, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. The Refund Policy will apply.

9. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via this website. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
