The tools a team already uses, such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Gmail, WhatsApp Business and Telegram. Workflows are built with n8n, Make or Zapier, with AI models from Anthropic, Google or OpenAI. Other systems can usually be connected if they offer an API, which is confirmed during the review.

Workflows run on your own accounts and follow your data rules. Access is limited to what each workflow needs, customer details can be masked, and a person approves anything sensitive before it goes out. Client data is not used to train public models. A data processing agreement is available on request.
