Working together
Are you set up to work with US, UK and Australian clients?
Yes. Most of Atul Singh's clients are in the US, UK and Australia, and he works with English-speaking small and medium businesses globally. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 7 AM – 4 PM GMT, which overlaps US East mornings, UK afternoons and India evenings; everything outside that window is handled asynchronously.

How much does each service cost?
The live cohort training is $449 per seat. The AI chatbot build and the AI sales outreach build are both fixed-price, fixed-timeline engagements with no retainers — the full price and inclusions are listed on each service page.

What happens if the work doesn't deliver?
If you are not happy with the first delivery, Atul redoes it once at no charge. After that, you agree on next steps together. There are no retainer lock-ins and no per-change billing.

What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Book the free 20-minute strategy call. If none of the three offerings fit your problem, Atul says so on the call and points you to someone who can help. There is no pitch and no follow-up email sequence.

Do you take on fully custom projects?
Not at the moment. Atul deliberately keeps three offerings — training, chatbot, outreach — so each one can be delivered quickly and well. If a request falls outside them, he will say so on the call rather than stretch the scope.

Which industries do you work with?
Mostly non-tech small and medium businesses: agencies, coaches and consultants, e-commerce, professional services, manufacturing, real estate and education.

Training
What is the AI Accelerator and who is it for?
The AI Accelerator is a four-week live cohort for sales and marketing professionals, with separate Sales and Marketing tracks. Participants learn to use AI to prospect, research, write, run campaigns and close faster, working on their own pipeline rather than on sample data. Cohort 5 starts October 1, 2026 and is capped at 20 seats.

Can you run AI training for my whole team instead?
Yes. Alongside the public cohort, Atul builds custom AI training programmes and workshops around how a team already works — delivered virtually worldwide or onsite in India — and leaves the company with its own playbooks so the training keeps paying off after the sessions end.

Do I need a technical background to learn AI this way?
No. The training is written for non-technical sales and marketing people. Atul has taught 2,500+ professionals and spent 15 years across tutoring, corporate sales and building AI products, so sessions start from the work rather than from the technology.

Build services
How long does an AI chatbot take to build?
About 7 days. The chatbot is trained on your own content, answers visitor questions in your brand voice around the clock, captures leads and escalates to a human when it should.

How does the AI sales outreach system work?
It is a done-for-you system, delivered in about 10 days, that finds prospects matching your target profile, writes personalised cold emails and follows up automatically — so your team spends its time on replies instead of on list building.

Is my company data safe in these builds?
Yes. For sensitive data Atul uses code-based builds on the LLM provider you choose — OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure or self-hosted — and no client data is used to train public models. A data processing agreement is available on request.
