Refund Policy

I want every parent to feel safe enrolling their child. This Refund Policy explains exactly when and how refunds work for programs offered by Atul Singh.

1. Bootcamp Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the AI for Boards Bootcamp after attending Session 1, you may request a full refund before Session 2 begins. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email atul@atulsingh.co.in from the same email address used at booking, within 7 days of the bootcamp end date. Include the parent's name, student's name, batch dates, and the reason (optional).

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method via Razorpay. Bank processing times may add a few extra days depending on your bank.

4. When Refunds Do Not Apply

• When the student has completed the full bootcamp (both sessions attended).
• No-shows where the student did not attend any session and did not inform me in advance.
• Requests made after the 7-day window from the bootcamp end date.

5. Free Consultation Calls

The 15-minute consultation call is free. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.

6. Future Programs

For future programs (such as self-paced courses, school workshops, or extended cohorts), specific refund terms will be communicated to you at the point of sale and will apply to that purchase.
