Refund Policy

I want every client to feel safe engaging me. This Refund Policy explains exactly when and how refunds work across the services offered by Atul Singh — AI Chatbot, AI Sales Outreach System, and the AI for Sales & Marketing Professionals cohort.

1. Done-for-you services (Chatbot & Sales Outreach)

Each engagement is governed by a one-page proposal with a fixed price and fixed timeline. Payment is typically split into two instalments:

• 50% on kickoff — refundable in full if I have not started build work and you cancel within 48 hours of payment.
• 50% on handover — due once the agreed deliverables are shipped and accepted.

Once build work has begun, the kickoff payment becomes non-refundable because the work is custom and time has been blocked for your project. If I fail to deliver the scope listed in the proposal by the agreed date for reasons within my control, you can request a partial or full refund of the kickoff payment in writing.

2. AI for Sales & Marketing Professionals — Cohort

If you are not satisfied with the cohort after attending Week 1, you may request a full refund before Week 2 begins. No questions asked. After Week 2 begins, the cohort fee is non-refundable because seats are limited and your spot has been held against other applicants.

3. How to request a refund

Email join@atulsingh.co.in from the same email address used at booking. Include your name, company, the service you purchased, and the reason (optional). I respond within two business days.

4. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. Bank or card-network processing may add a few extra days depending on your provider and country.

5. When refunds do not apply

• When the deliverables in the proposal have been shipped and accepted.
• No-shows for cohort sessions where you did not attend and did not inform me in advance.
• Requests made outside the windows described in sections 1 and 2.
• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, tooling subscriptions, data enrichment credits, or domain purchases).

6. Free strategy calls

The 20-minute strategy call is free. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.

7. Future programs

For future programs (such as self-paced courses, workshops, or extended retainers), specific refund terms will be communicated to you at the point of sale and will apply to that purchase.
